Jim Scudder, Jr. – Pastor, Author, Host of InGrace Radio and TV

As the son of founders, Dr. James and Linda Scudder, Pastor Jim Scudder, Jr. has stepped up to fill in his father’s shoes as host of InGrace, Senior Pastor of the Quentin Road Baptist Church, and the president of Dayspring Bible College and Seminary. He served as the director of media ministries for Victory in Grace television and radio for 10 years and pastored a church in the west suburbs of Chicago for 5 years. In 2007, he was asked to return to the Quentin Road Baptist Church to serve in the capacity of Executive Pastor of the Quentin Road Baptist Church and Vice-President of Dayspring Bible College alongside his father as they shared the pulpit and co-hosted InGrace. In 2016, he assumed the Senior Pastorate, solo host of InGrace, and President of Dayspring Bible College. In March of 2020, Dr. James A. Scudder, Sr. went to glory, and Jim Scudder, Jr. continues taking his father’s legacy to new heights. Pastor Jim and his wife, Karen, along with their two daughters, Amy and Erica, their son-in-law Aaron Sortman, and their three precious grandchildren, Willow, Charlie, and Cloe desire nothing more than to share the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ.
